Rubbish.... These men need training, learn how to respect, defend and be accountable to citizens of the country while they get paid good salaries and a good pathway designed for them to transition to civilian life when they retire with respect to pension, education and healthcare.

Where did the governor get the money from? Was the money allocated in the state budget for it? Will it be accounted for in thier state accounting books and if so who will they point to in the army that can confirm they recieved xyz amount of naira or will the governor say tomorrow he gave them 1billion naira when in fact he gave the twenty thousand naira? Are these soldiers even real soldiers or the bandits they trained to be soldiers? This even shows there is no chain of command and curruption in the army when a civilian or governor will go into a military camp in a war zone and share.miney to soldiers... In short Nigerian Army is useless.

Governor is also practising curruption and bribery.
