The guy went there told, they ask him to drop 2 copies of his credentials, check height and chest measurements, after he was ask to walk 2km distance with one other guy.
After the walk they check their original credentials and ask few questions.
That's all.

So what is next now after screening?

Yeah, that's what's supposed to be left, Just shortlisting. I heard the last day for submission of screened files to headquarters was on Wednesday. So let's be hopeful.

Cos all the credentials he went their with and all other activities carried out like the 2km walk, height measurements (ETC)was same with all other applicants that went for screening unless his name was on the list but never got an invite and somehow through his source he was mandated to go for same screening procedures as others.

I beg to differ on if the same measurement and verification was done for all those that was screened.

From my screening point, i noticed they did more screening and asked more questions to those that got the invitation mail.

While those that did not get invitation just dropped their credentials and asked only a few questions if any at all.

My take is this...for those who got invite without influence..the Lord is your strength

After they paid..they just submitted their credentials original (photocopy)..
Like magic..they got the job..the day...they paid the Moni..I was there..

Firstly, I don't think anybody got a message without influence or godfather.
Secondly, People without screening but strong connect will still make final list.
For those who did screening, it also depends on how strong the connect most especially those vying for officer cadres.
