That wasn't my intention. Didn't even watch the video to know where in West Africa this is. I'm judging it from the pic of the exterior.

Just out of curiousity, where have u ever seen me commenting on Nigerian affairs or trolling? I post my own threads and bash people who bring negativity over there. So u get a life too.

The building behind the tall one is actually cool for me, and the colourful seats are unique. The video is a bit too long so will get back to it later. Is it a new library (I saw a lot of boxes at the entrance and it's still looking deserted)?

It was commissioned in 2019, but due to the covid last year, everything has not been in place totally.

Ok, sorry bout that. They should still use it but only accept something like 25% to 50% occupancy rates until Covid is over. Will watch later and comment on your YouTube page.
