Tell your people to end the calls if they can not blast them anytime they call. For some people u cannot explain to, tell them they hack your account that they are scammers.
When they called my dad, my dad na this soft spoken person but my mum na like military no nonsense woman. They both narrated ao she blasted d Sokoloan gal. Ever since then she has stop calling me o. More than 40days defaulting now.

However, some people genuinely do not have the money to pay on the due date. But the apps will send defamatory Messages to ones contacts telling them you are a criminal with your family.
Is that cool by you?
In my own case, problem started when I made some payments through Paystack but the company claimed they didn't receive it. Paystack acknowledged the transaction failed but they wouldn't refund me until after like 2 weeks. I explained the situation to these monsters but they went ahead to label me a dubious person sending messages and my pictures to my WhatsApp contacts.

Well said. My belief is to owe no man. But since what I was afraid of has already been done. I'm taking my time now to pay. No more borrow from one to pay the other.

keep quiet! I initially i don't support her actions but after going through peoples reviews and the nasty messages been sent by these demons I can't but help to support those defrauding them. I mean how can you use unethical means to blackmail people into paying back loans? Even if you default for a day these demons will still send messages to your contacts lying to them that your Family is a criminal and you are a fraudster. Do you know how homes that has been wrecked by those bastards? Do you know how many people that have committed suicide because of such messages?. And come to think of it what kinda outrageous interest and duration is that which the give people? 30% for a maximum duration of 2 weeks isn't that fraud themselves.. Then you go ahead and hack into peoples phone all in the name of policy and start sending demeaning messages... In fact these fools need to be defrauded as well because their practice is highly unethical and unprofessional.. I support hundred percent of those that borrow money from them without payment because they deserve it.. Next time before you issue loan KYC your client first and check if he\she is credit worthy

like I said unless you change your recovery tactics and stop blackmailing people I don't have any pity whatsoever they do to them ( I don't know if you are one of them) before you issue any loan to someone ensure that you have verified that the person has a means of paying back.. Get in touch with their guarantor first, alert them that the person is about to collect loan and in case of default he would them...

Fine I know I took a loan,alot happened..I was robbing peter to pay Paul until I decided to stop.. initially I was begging the loan apps to hold on until I collect my contribution next month,but they refused and they went as far as calling my Dad,that was the height of it..you guys are so inconsiderate,I was receiving calls and responding to messages,but still they choose to disturb my contacts..
Now tell me,will the contacts give them the money, though I already called some of my contacts and explain things to them,they all laughed and were telling me how dumb you guys are..like how can you give a loan without collateral,why were the guarantors not informed before giving out the loan..you guys are so blinded by ur outrageous interest that your don't bother about the necessities..shows you guys are giving out loan for your stupid and selfish interest..and who says you guys are not thieves too,the very first day I paid easycheck directly from d app through my bank card was the day 5k was withdrawn from my account in the evening,I had to rush to transfer my remaining money to my other account..

I just hope this acidosis guy isn't an employee or owner of one of these loan sharks. No where legally is blackmailing a system of debt recovery. The defined way to punish a chronic debtor is to blacklist and reduce their credit rating which affect their future credit transactions. What many actually do is character defamation. Honestly it's a senseless strategy to message peoples contact 'profiling' them and expect that to get you your money. The certified loan companies like branch, carbon, fair money etc will never do such. You talking on it been unsecured but carbon, branch etc are also unsecured so there's no justification for that in any way. Nobody forced you to set up a loan agency, so if you decided to you should have factored in the risk associated with it. I do not support owing, but I will advise anyone who has been defamed to pay at their pace because you shame me; you don do your own, make I do my own too.

My own experience in this last few weeks have been really crazy. So, I was doing well at my place of work and all of a sudden company declared bankruptcy, I was managing my life small small and tho I was asked to work from home and they were still paying salaries not up till mid August when I had car troubles on the island and was broke, had to take loans from lcredit and Cashing app ASAP to resolve. It was my first on Cashing and I was given 22,400 to pay back 32,400 after 1 week (that's 1 week duration), while LCredit gave me a total of 26,500 (their interest and whatever was almost 6k from that amount for a duration of 2 weeks). Mind you it was my second time using their app. My first experience wasn't bad cos I was still getting paid from work. Lo and behold, salary didn't come in August and I started receiving annoying calls like 2 days before it expired from LCredit, 2 days after loan expired I payed almost half of the money (mind you there is a 5% overdue daily interest that climbs the money and compounds it o. I initially communicated and pleaded with them and explained my situation and also promised to resolve, but they started calling my phone regularly and texting my contacts that I am being shady and not willing to pay and all that, I reached out to their customer service rep on WhatsApp to plead with them to be considerate as I have been paying and make ng commitments and she insulted me and called me a thief and scammer (because of 15k, can you imagine). Money was about 15k then, this matter long sha o. To cut the long story short, I am now jobless and no money is coming from anywhere but I have been paying the money little by little with anything that I get but they still keep on insulting me and the money is still climbing up with overdue interest, so I have decided not to kill myself and also do my best to pay their money but not paying a dime in overdue interest. They are mad, they should continue calling my contacts and calling me a thief and scammer. Very unprofessional set of ppl.

Cashing have good customer service reps, understanding and considerate. Cleared out with them without issues, but you see this LCredit, all of them are mad abnormal and unprofessional set of thieves. I don learn sha, its not their fault. I for like post screenshots of some of my conversations with some of those LCredit reps cos I had chats with 3 different females from them and they all had varying degrees of madness and stupidity.

There are times when situations are way more than ones foresight and one can't do anything but be hopeful, we need to be more human to one another, a lot of ppl have gone into depression and committed suicide due to shame from acts like these unprofessional companies. May God see us thru it all.
