Lol. If you know the US military very well, you would know all these talk is for Congress to budget more funds to the military. If they don't do it this way, Congress may even reduce their funding. There was a time China complained that the US is hyping it's military so it can gain more funds from Congress.

As for China invading Taiwan, they can go ahead. What are they waiting for?

you know nothing about the U.S . China, Russia, and those anti U.S countries are babies. Where was China when u s fought both world wars? They were being colonized by Japan, until u s liberated them. If not for u.s , Germany/Nazis would have taken the whole Europe, with exception of a part of Russia. Infact, Nazis had already conquered Europe. They were fighting to take Russia when u.s intervened in ww2. Russia couldn't fight Nazis when they took Europe. I just dey laugh anytime people compare all these mushroom nation's millitary might to u.s.

This is how their military complex works. Infact, without this hyping, defense companies like Lockheed Martin, Northrop, Boeing etc wouldn't get contracts. This hyping of China is good for business! Lol. Those who really do not know how the US military operates will believe this story! The truth is that the US military have a habit of over-hyping it's opponents. This way, Congress will provide more funds to the US military and they can't think of reducing the defense budget. It didn't start with China. The US over-hyped the USSR until it disintegrated! Even as it stands, the defense budget of Russia and China combined is not up to that of the US, but they will always hype their opponents. There was a time China complained that the US military delibrately hypes China's military.

Actually, this hyping of China's military is good for business. Defense contractors like Lockheed Martin, Northrop, Boeing etc will be smiling to the banks as more funds will be made available to the military (or at least, there wouldn't be any reduction in defense spending).

China is modernising it's military, yes! But it will take ages for China to catch up with the US. The US is not sleeping, waiting for China to catch them. They are doing things, if you know what I mean!

Some people will be hyping how the Chinese military is gaining more ground. And you think the US military is static? Lol. Funny people!

Saying one super power will defeat another super power in a war is very foolish. It is the war that will determine the winner, not you. Besides, the super powers are not preparing for war. They are just trying to put themselves in a position that will deter any aggressor. It is majorly for protection. Engaging a nuclear state in a war is a very foolish idea. These leaders know that. Russia annexxed Ukraine and nothing happen. If China decide to invade Taiwan, trust me, nothing will happen. The West will only support Taiwan, give them fund & arms to fight. They will also sanction China. They can not do more than that. The West wont risk a nuclear war because of a non-NATO member.

If you read about the Cuban missile crisis, you would have known that the US was already ready to nuke USSR (a nuclear power) until the USSR backed down.

If China thinks Taiwan is Crimea, they should go ahead and invade. We would never know America's response until China invade Taiwan. So, they should go ahead! However, you should read up the Taiwan strait crisis and how the US was ready to go to war with China for the defense of Taiwan!

no mind am. E no know say na u.s make us dey free today by fighting ww1 and especially ww2. Before they entered the war, Europe had been conquered by Nazis, except Russia. Infact,they were already fighting to take Russia. China were under the control of Japan then too. At best for Russia, they would have may be, secured some parts of Russia. North Africa were already under control of Nazis too, headed by Erwin romel a.k.a desert fox
