I'm not a supporter of this APC jihadists government but since the land was donated by the state government it is only reasonable to accept the gesture and considering the insecurity up there it makes sense.

The toughest military unit in the US military the Navy SEAL carries out regular operations on land as well, they were responsible for killing Osama Bin Laden inside Pakistan where there was no river or sea.
What do you think they use the Humvees, Apaches and IED/Mine resistant vehicles for? It's for land based operations.
