This particular issue is something I struggle to accept.
My own perking order would have been South, North, East and reluctantly West.
But as many people here seem to have good things to say about WEST, "ayam" getting confused.
The only west panel I have is a 5W for DC lighting

i see a lot has been said already on this.
1) the two arrays will charge your battery bank simultaneously. there's absolutely nothing wrong in installing your panels
facing west as long as they're not the only set of panels you have.
personally, i have west facing panels and to my surprise they seem to outperform my south facing panels which is still a
phenomenon i'm trying to understand till date.
2) you don't have to worry about one array going to sleep or whatever. your cc takes care of that
3) i'm not a fan of balancers (never installed one) and i rather think they're overrated. if you do your basic wiring properly
you won't need one as your batteries will always be in sync.

From the manual I noticed online, it seems like a pretty solid build, but a real time test might say otherwise, with its "power save" mode it idle consumption should be reduced considering that it is transformer based

I will charge LiFePO4 as a standard charging profile with none editable parameters ... I could be wrong and open to correction.

Thanks ......Yes, that's the inverter.... just want to be sure I'm making right decision. With my upgrade. And also to get more opinions before making the purchase...

Yeah you right about service centre. The pv3500 must, a&e and voltron inverter are all must inverters but with different spec looking at there data sheet

Don't know much about the Growatt service center.

But the data sheet of the growatt 6000-12000t dvm or hvm looks better.

For the prices, looking at something quite good even if I can't afford the deye now, would be pairing the inverter with a Pelton battery.

I wouldn't mind if you have other brands you can recommend.

Same thing applies to me. The souer inverter is modified sine wave, right? One thing I noticed is this.
When I was using pure sine wave inverter, I didn't have this problem. But since I started using modified sine wave the problem began. I guess it's the irritating MSW inverter sound that's making the lamp holder heat up and then burn the terminals of the bulbs. I have had cause to change some bulbs(and lamp holder) severally. I have resigned to fate while making effort to get pure sine wave inverter back.

The OEM is Yiyen or YIY, its a good and rugged inverter, has low idle consumption also.

Something must be wrong somewhere for d souer to burn bulbs. But pls, is d effect only on bulbs?Does your inverter comes with charging or stand alone? What is the output voltage? What effect does it have on other appliances? Am on msw souer for some years now.

There are cheap PSW inverters these days both locally and in AliExpress. Ceepro Solar has 600W for about 30k or so.

Are your bulbs CFL? If yes

Advise you swap to LED, you will still get the buzz sound anyways just ensure you buy the ones with good name and you should be good

They last longer amd change your lamp holders to pin&screw ... The screw bulbs don't loss contact much as the pin ones

They have local partner that offers their two year warranty and last I check their 8kva/48V Is not available but you have the option to choose other ones, if it fits your needs

BTW I can give you a fair deal should you consider Growatt

A quick review of the Pelton battery via their website, shows it has no communication, best you go for an Inverter that gives the freedom to edit the charging parameters as Growatt but sure other products you can look up abound

Souer produces one of the best MSW power efficient inverters, but I think there are probably many fakes out there as well. I have used their product before, and there was no issue like this on both led and other kinds of bulb.

Incorporate a change over & use only when there is black out, using while charging to me is not advisable as they get very hot when charging and ensure to leave it on for Ultima temperatures for the components.

Not advisable, it will burn the inbuilt charger quickly. As a matter of fact, the inbuilt charger does not last.
It's even better to buy the one that doesn't have inbuilt charger, and buy charger separately, that was what I did.
