So what do you do when you clearly see someone trying to fall into a pit? Your “live and let live” instinct tells you to ignore them and fall into the pit?

If everyone decides to be guided by that rule, then the world would be worse than it is right now. When someone tells you what they feel is right politely, at least give it a thought.

If no one corrected you as a kid and held the “live and let live” rule, I wonder if the word “morals” would even exist in your dictionary.
