Hi, I have a car for sale but I keep getting very ridiculous offer. Since I'm not in a hurry to sale but I'm traveling and might not be around for a while. Can I commission a friend to do it? What documents should I prepare and sign before traveling?? |

mrjojo:You can prepare a power of attorney giving your friend power to sell or dispose off the car in any manner you have stated in the Power of Attorney and he can sign on your behalf, but you have to prepare the Power of Attorney before you travel. 2 Likes |

mrjojo:Jojo let me just give u a very candid advice. Sell that Car and collect your money before you leave. If NOT, you will not get a higher bidder than you have now.
