That means he had another job he was doing, which means he does not go to his place of assignment because he has bribed his coordinator. That is fraud.

Did you ever visit Npower handle on Facebook during batch A and B to watch Npower challenge organised by Npower themselves? You're really making me angry here friend.
Even many PPA including schools were considerate enough to give beneficiaries some days off so that they don't spend all their stipends on transport.

Really? Did you know why Npower called the renumeration "stipend" instead of "Salary". You don't pay stipend for job, you pay salary.
Secondly what stops you after coming back from your place of work and retire to your shop or farm, even as full time salary earner and not just Npower beneficiaries? God give us this brain of ours to use, not just to irritate people. It's like you don't even know the topic you are talking about here well enough.
