This Rodgers guy is a tool. How do your drop your best forward from the last game? Even dropping the person that saves your season last year? |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by AndSunGorilla: 2:43pm On Sep 25, 2021 |
charlesemeka85:Impressive that means Cisse is even better than him, Cisse won silver at the afcon and at least got points in the world cup. |

TheLoneCitizen:Do you now see how stupid you sounded here? If it isn't because of favoritism and English bias, why would Rodgers be benching his best forward for Maddison and Vardy? |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheLoneCitizen(m): 2:44pm On Sep 25, 2021 |
I think Rodgers isn't comfortable playing with two strikers and losing his wingers. This is okay in my opinion. Now it's up to Iheanacho to determine if he's okay with that. |

Ppogbae:How do you drop your best player from last game? The same person that saved your season last year? Worse of all, the iheanacho guy will just be comfortable sitting on the bench without any fuse as if he lacks self believe or just want a hefty salary |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by 12large1: 2:46pm On Sep 25, 2021 |
humility33:So because he didn't impress you today, you will open your mouth to talk Rubbish. Someone that has over 100 Epl goals consisting of appearances at Everton, west brom and Chelsea all under 28. We tend to overhype our own, but before doing so, make sure that he is better than his competitor (in your mind) |

charlesemeka85:Be patient with him as you have advised us to be patient with Rohr. At least he has gotten them to the champions league twice comfortably, he has played in Europa finals and gotten to the semi of the fa cup and Europa, what more do you want? Why cry over milk wey u never buy talk less of spilling it sef. |

What Brendan is simply saying is that form doesn't guarantee you playing time under him |

ChrisKels:The bastarrd will always defend his master. Imagine a player that saved your entire season last year, your best player last year relegated to the bench from day 1 and the idiot has the nerve to defend such obvious biased decision. Ask yourself, if iheanacho was an English man and he had such a season last year of the English press will accept such decision |

ChrisKels:I'll take the insult in good faith, sir. Learn to be civil next time, child. If any manager comes on a podium and says he isn't bias towards a player, that coach is a liar. Favouritism is inevitably ubiquitous. But what is unacceptable is you using your mentality to stereotype another person. Iheancho is finding gametime hard because his manager doesn't favour him in his system, not because a Kels from Nairaland thinks his colour is too rupgnant for his manager to deal with. I don't know if your faculty is broken but a certain Ndidi, a fellow compatriot, whose skin is darker than midnight is the only player in that squad who has started 100% of his team's game. Is he impervious to Rodgers' colouristic glare? Use your head, son. |

nairalandankrah:The way I see it is that Rodgers prefers a lone striker and Iheanacho is no winger compared to Lookman and Barnes starting today. Except Brendan is short of options his preference is a lone striker and till Vardy becomes utterly useless, no one is benching him. Players like Soumare and Lookman are getting into the team on their strength of their form. I really feel KC needs to find another place to call home. By next season Vardy should start becoming a bit part player as age must catch up with him. Then it should be glaring for even a blind man to see whether KC is really in the coach's plan. |

12large1:Try to broaden your horizon, fam. Chilwell is whiter than your church shoes and purely English but has been banished by his manager this season, despite being one of their top performers last season. If you think too much that grass is orange, every plant becomes orange in your eyes. |

TheLoneCitizen:GTFOH with that nonsense. Chillwell didn't have the type of season that iheanacho last year, not even close by a mile. Iheanacho world class performances last year, saved leicester season and even probably Rodgers job. He atleast earned the right to start this season until he Flopped but rodegers didn't give him that privilege. My friend, if you can defend such decision, then you're suffering from inferiority complex. There's no way that an English man will have such a season that iheanacho had last year and still be relegated to the bench from the on set of a new season. |
