It may seem as though Biggie has entwined itself into a trap in trying to twist the eviction process, judging from the fact that the game of mechanics is yet to commence at this time.

It's not even only about the injustice to Pere which is a gross one (For those putting up the wildcard theory, Ebuka had already publicly stated upon Pere's escape from the wildcard nomination that he was now contesting as a regular housemate). There's also injustice to Angel (I know stroller and Eeghe will agree to this one ). If the decision is made now to let Pere go through to the finale as it should rightly be, then biggie has to explain why Angel should be subjected to such torture only to still be kicked out unceremoniously cos realistically she has no chance to proceed. This would mean that Queen, Nini and Saga were better off than Angel despite scoring lower votes. Biggie did not think through this one well truly. The only fix would appear to be to allow a top 6 which would still cast a smear on the show's credibility.
