Is there anyone here who has recently renewed their international passport? Please I'd like to know if NIN was required of you.

Also , does anyone know if the Immigration Service at Port Harcourt has resumed the issuance of the passports?

Yes if you are going for the latest ecowas e-passport it is mandatory but the old one isn't.

The new enhanced Nigeria ecowas e passport have 5 years and ten years r validity it depends on your choice while the old one has only 5 years validity.
See the pictures of the old and new passports.
The old one on the left side while the new one is the right side.
