Restructure this space. Let's go back to regional government. You will see how other will be envious about some other regions. Competition will set in. And things will work.

Yet they’re killing us with high price and slowmo network, even extorting us. I was forced to call up MTN customer care service yesterday and insulted the hell out of the representative, I bought 4,000 Naira recharge from my bank and subscribed 3,500 data bundles before I knew MTN had deduct another 200 naira from the 500 remaining they’ve been doing that for sometime now and it’s so annoying.

Even though it's true, But some people don't actually know how to check their internet speed on their phones. Na to carry phone dey complain up and down say internet is slow.

For starters, You can check your internet speed by Googling "speed test" and click the "run speed test" icon

in the UK, 3mobile offers what they called 'all you can eat" for only 15 pounds a month. So, it's unlimited. Nigeria is a terrible country for pretty much everything

Please always read to understand, the price is benchmarked against how long you have to work to be able to afford it, but since we don't get paid hourly here the concept will be difficult to grasp

The fraud in Nigeria broadband internet speed is that, once a faster band is released, the previous band in use will gradually start to show a slower connection as the new band is incorporated into more users. Just like the speed of today's 3G is almost equivalent to the speed of 2G or EDGE when the latter was first released, they had only changed the signal icon to 3G but the speed and connection is still the same as the previous 2G at launch. 4G also will get slower once the new 5G is incorporated into the users.

Cost of data is very high in most part of Africa compare to other regions of the world.
I just finished watching a program on bbc about internet Access in Uganda.cost of 1g there is $1 20cent.and they are heavily tax too.
As usual NEPA didnt allow me to watch the concluding part of the program.
If we r even getting the value for our money or even the tax many wont be complaining.

Just try and calculate how many times you buy 1 thousand 5 hundred naira data of Airtell in a week and tell me how many times you did it if you are a light heavy user like me...

I recharge over 20 k in a week and i am not even downloading movies or sorts oo..only you tube and video calls.

U can buy 1GB for N300, so imagine u earn as low as N45k, now compare that to people that buys for $13, how many of these people earn up to $1,500 a month?

You sure don't understand value you only chase figure.
How many people earn 45k and get paid at the right time.
Many systemic factors contribute to value.
When you went to school you were taught Nigeria currency denomination is Naira and Kobo when do you spend the Kobo last? Even ₦10 is insignificant now.

Dunno about that. My Glo 4G 1tb plan works just fine for YouTube and Netflix (with no buffering) as well as Fortnite and GTA V Online.

The office MTN dedicated and unlimited fiber link at 60mbps also works quite fast

No complains here.
