That jail break in Owerri is not IPOB that did it. I can bet my chest, I schooled in Owerri anyone that has live in that town will tell you the area where the prisons is located is the most secure place in that town. They share the same fence with government house even the roundabout to the access road there is always a police armoured carrier stationed on that road. Also adjacent to the prisons you have the police divisional HQ and DSS office there. So it is hard to comprehend that there was a jail break and they operated for hours before leaving.
