but your ppl are not part of the intelligent ones naaaa....
assumption is the reason why you still live in a shiitty shanty town. According to your stupidity only northerners love or benefit from Nigeria. Aside from Abuja I have never been to any northern state. I know nothing about their communal ways of life except from what I see from the ones who live close to me in th south West and south south. Grow up and appreciate what the greatest country in the world have done for you. You would have been a crack head in New York by now

Oh God of creation, direct our noble cause
And guide our leaders right
Help our youth the truth to know
In love and honesty to grow
And living just and true
Great lofty heights attain
To build a nation where peace and justice
Shall reign.

(Amen)

God bless Nigeria

Independent from what?

Terrorism? Crime? Suffering?
watch your mouth before them go reshape am with slap. Which terrorism, crime and suffering are you talking about? A blessed country where all her citizens can afford four square meal a day. A country where our communal values makes it possible for your friends, family and even strangers to borrow or most times "dash" you money. Wailers like you will still eat three times today and drink five bottles of beer and pepper soup later in the evening. No other country citizens enjoy such privilege and success. Up Nigeria!!!

Which independence?

A 61 years old Man who couldn't provide for his family is nothing but a PATHETIC FAILURE

How on earth would i join in celebrating Nigeria's independence when myself and family got nothing to eat?

Please how do i celebrate Nigeria 61st independence when my fellow Nigerians are being killed on a daily basis?

Independence that our leaders hoards ordinary palliatives from her citizens but imposing vaccine on us?

Independence celebration when nothing absolutely is working in the country?

This is nothing but Pure Suffering and not independence

If Nigerians were still under the colonial master British, I doubt it'd be this hard and complex to the extend of getting ordinary food

I'm not sorry to say this, I'm not proud to be a Nigeria

FYI, I'm a Yoruba man. You tribal biggot shouldn't come here and sprew trash, wailing IPOB here and there, supporting and applauding those useless politicians because of what you got/getting from them at the detriment of the masses

Y'all will not have peace for supporting tyranny and bad governance until you come back to your right senses

P.S: Anyone who got anything to spare with should please help a brother who was unfortunate to be part of this cursed nation

Happy independence Day.
As karmic as Nigeria is, she is still a blessed country, I mean we are way more fortunate than many other nations in the west and the East at least and most importantly, on the cosmic scale of justice.

We would all see this play out in ways we didn't see coming, very soon.

Like phoenix bird we would rise.
Our future is you and me.
God bless NIGERIA.

Same Igboland where Nigerian flag or anything representing it in any form is forbidden?
Why do you guys like living in denial and deceit. Obviously, something is wrong somewhere if you think Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba are one in this present situation of things. Shaking my head!!!

Do you wish even your enemy life to be the way Nigeria is?

Can you say a louder and resounding ANEN if someone said your life will be a reflection and experience what Nigeria is today?

Be sincere with yourself

Lol. Briton that her citizens are lined up for food bank? In Nigeria people eat four times a day. A friend came in from Canada recently and was shocked how we eat. He even complained that we waste food a lot. In Nigeria after we Don belleful we throway the remaining food for dustbin. Can't you see how rats, rabbits, lizards etc are so fat in Nigeria? They too are enjoying the economic prosperity. Up Nigeria!!

You haven't said anything yet man. One thing I don't wish is for my citizens to be homeless and lining up for food stamp. And the last time I checked even the poorest Nigerian can afford to eat thrice a day. Turn your face to the other side of the illusion you dream of becoming, people are homeless, in debt, high crime rate and hungry. Yes that's America and Canada you all praise and wish to be like. Don't even start with me cos I lived in both places for 8yrs. Yes I repeat, Nigeria is the greatest country on Earth

interesting

Who told you Nigerians are not suffering, impoverished and hungry? Where do you live presently in Nigeria? Where have you gone to in Nigeria to see things happening for yourself?

I have neighbours with 6 children. They are not only malnourished and lack food. They are also out of school because they can't even afford the so called government schools

Stop championing this bad governance bro. People are suffering.

Graduates are littered all over the space with no job. The very little who had job are underpaid (30k)

Imagine what can a graduate do with 30k stipend in this present Nigeria?

Look at the economy, galloping inflation here and there. Even i myself I'm not left out, I'm a graduate with no job

Please leave where you reside and take a stroll around. If you live in Lagos, come down to the mainland and see for yourself bro

Nigerians are suffering right from onset. This buhari governance is the height of it all
