The balance of each of the transaction on you statement must be higher than the required POF. If it's lower than it at any point they will start counting your 28 days from the point where it's equal to or higher than your POF again.

For example, if your POF is N7M and you start counting from the 1st of September till the 28th of September and you do 2 transactions on the 10th of September say a debit of N2M around 11am and a credit of N3.5M around 3pm. As at 11am on the 10th of September your back will be N5M which is below your POF and as at 3pm when the credit came in your new balance will be N8M.

Because your transaction balance fell below your N7M POF on the 10th of September your 28 day will start counting from the beginning at 3pm on the 10th of September.

So if you have to take any money out at and that is if let the credit come in 1st before the a lower or equal debit amount can be taken out.

If POF is 12M. It should never go less than that on any particular day. Even if you like do multiple transactions in a day but let the transaction not affect the POF even 1k less. Maintain the said balance throughout the whole process I think.

And I expect that a reasonable CW should expect that this can happen..

FD's are not funds available to you. As the name suggests, its a FIXED deposit.

18 and below is classed as dependant child.

yes thanks. seen it that fd's are acceptable. I've never used and never seen it used but good that its clearly listed as acceptable to meet that requirement.

No knowledgeable bank staff will willingly assist with this as it exposes the bank to possible litigation and reputation damage.

At all. Credits don’t reduce your balance.

Actually, all bank instruments are time stamped, so this should not be an issue.

But if someone's visa is refused due to this negligence, I'm surely showing up at the bank and someone has to take responsibility. If I'm applying for AR, then the bank must be writing that letter to the HO.

You chose Tls VI and they charge £55 for their services, unfortunately once you have chosen a tls you can’t change it. So you will have to pay it

I really wish I could understand why this is happening. The clock is ticking on my schools latest arrival date. Since I submitted, I only got the email from TLS that it has been transferred to DMC same day. On the tracker, transfered to DMC on the 24th. It's been radio silent since then.

I have mailed the University of Hull to inform them about my denial and requested for another CAS.
The institution requested I submit a copy of current financial evidence.
Can I forward the money to my account directly and print the statement of account or is it necessary I wait for 28 days before sending to the school?

Filing for an appeal is a waste of time. Go and apply again. This time do what the UKVI asked you to do. Na una find trouble. The rule says the money should be in your personal account or your parents account. The company account is not his account. It's a company account, irrespective of him being the owner or sole signatory to that account. You should have told your Dad to move the money to his own personal account or your own personal account. If you file AR, their decision will still be same. So I will advise that you seek for another CAS if you still have time or you differ to January.
