The South East is a massive construction field, every village seems to be competing with every village on the best houses possible, all artisans are almost booked full with work these days. Its hard finding good workers that are free to work, especially in this construction season when everyone is preparing their homes for the end of year holidays.

I was at that new WTC estate in Enugu and I couldn't believe what happened there, under 2 years I last visited, the whole estate is now squeezed full with fantastic buildings. It was amazing.

I know it doesn’t represent the full picture of Nigeria but builders and clients like yours gives encouragement to continue to invest in Nigeria.

People still consider me crazy for moving back home.

I must be frank with you, if not for distance and our difficult transportation situation, plus cost considerations, I will love to order your products and use on a building here in the East.

I have heard a lot about the high quality of your paints and POP paste and everyone cannot be wrong at the same time. You are also an encyclopedia where paints and resins are, so I am sure you know your work very well and your paints will be very durable. But we must work together soon, my use of Sharon is just because they are close and have depots all around the East for easier ordering and fast delivery.

The burglary that are attached to the window are very strong not for fancy everything will be together on it and if you look at it very well the rod is on both vertical and horizontal so it enter the wall firmly so it is very strong and also we ramp it with nylon in order to prevent it from stain

Sure you can do that. It’ll come out pretty nice.

The same material (slate or Fibre cement) combined with other materials was used to achieve the design in the pics below.

Thank you. I have the same concern. But WHO, on their website, stated that having telecom mast close is of no harmful effect. My second concern is getting construction permit for buildings that are situated close to telecom mast. For NEPA high voltage power line, it is difficult but lots of houses have telecom masts in their compound. I appreciate your response. Thank you.

NCC requirement for mast is 10meters from residential building. If this is possible, I believe there is no issue because the RF have more power density some distance away from the mast

Everyone has different goals. I don't want to see invaders; I want to catch them. If I can remotely see invaders from 300km away, what good is it then? Entertainment? But if at home, it helps the occupants plan route of escape. What else is he supposed to do? Call the police?

I have big antelope and grasscutter traps hidden in strategic places to catch invaders. The traps are chained to the wall so they cannot escape. My aim is loss prevention.

I have one of those machines but mine is not gas-powered. I will test it soon. Big construction firms use them instead of brush/roller application.

Thank you sir. These are electric sprayers too but I have already ordered gas powered ones and I'm expecting them soon.
Electric and gas powered still have their different areas of use though. Gas powered sprayers would not be convenient to use indoors because of the size and exhaust. Besides the pressure would reduce if hose is too far away from the machine.
