Which begs the question, who really were the sources of this believes? Was it God, who cannot lie and his spirit would not lead people to errors or was it men who came up with doctrines and cover them with the cloud of divine guidance so that it would be accepted without resistance?

The implications of these are far reaching. If what had believed by the JWs of that time can be discarded in the excuse of New light, its evident it had no divine guidance, what assurances do you have that the believes you hold so dear today will not be discarded in the future?
