I love this striker right from the U17 days. Very stubborn and tricky. I do not know who to compare him with. Isaac Success was supposed to be the next Eto'o. Unfortunately, I've lost hope in him reaching that potential.

Well Danjuma with a brace today. SofaScore MOTM.
It is rumored that there would be talks with Rohr. Let the talks begin already.

considering Rohr once named him to the standby list, I am surprised that he wasn't invited for the CAR double header. And I am saying this sarcastically.

drDoom3:

He's actually a CM. He was the guy that frustrated Napoli and stopped them from making UCL last season. Very good player.

I watched Olise today. Class. Guy is destined for greatness. He will be a solution to our AM problem. Good passsing, good set pieces, good crossing, powerful shot. Also a good dribbler and strong despite his lankiness.

Maduka Okoye having a massive showing. In a few moments from now he would have the highest rating amongst his teammates,
He is ready for international duty.

Modified
New screenshot shows he ended with 8.2

Taiwo Awoniyi to replace Moffi for WCQ. Moffi was substituted injured and ruled out for the double head encounter vs CAR.

Doesnt look like he’s happy.

Mainz was his former club and the club that brought him to the limelight. He didn't celebrate out of respect.

But we played with Etebo Mikel and Ndidi during the world cup and it wasn't bad
It was not bad but it could have been better in there was a slight exchange of roles. Mikel as the DLP and Etebo using his energy to press and acting a s B2B. That was why we were totally dominated in that Croatia match. Choosing a starting line up at times is more about synergy and understanding rather than form.

You nailed it. The best potential trio!
This guys will hold down any Grade A team whatsoever. I pray Nwakali gets his chance in the SE.
Exactly..I pray so too. IMO, he is the only player I think play similar to Mikel.

Iwobi may be good against Benin and CAR but he would not work against your Algerias and Senegals a huge factor about a midfield is its work off the ball and I believe the Ndidi, Onyeka and Aribo trio will hold its own against African and European heavyweights and Aribo is a creative outlet and you want to play Ndidi, Nwakali, Iwobi? grin grin grin that is even weaker than our current midfield
Oga, against the smaller teams you mentioned, how did Aribo performed? How many chances did he created? How many goals? Remember that it was Iwobi that scored the only goal that confirmed our 2018 WC ticket, he scored against Cameroon during AFCON, what about his goal against Argentina during that friendly? What about his assists too?

And playing Frank alongside Ndidi will unbalanced our midfield Oga.

Osimhen is a damn handful. As a former defender, you are forced to make fouls like that when facing dudes like that.
Pace and strength is ridiculous. Once he can get his shooting up to elite level men he would be quite some player

The one sabi play ball nah

If he wants to continue playing for holland then Goodluck to him ,but if he wanna switch then we should welcome him

I remember one moniker here saying he will find it hard to start for us ,none of our wingers better pass this guy ,I am glad he left the championship

Nope...Fiorentina played a closing up space game..they did not allow Napoli settle and play their short crisp passing game. Napoli eventually settled and started pinging the ball around..hence the Osimhen penalty.

Alhassan Yusuf may be the real deal partnering Ndidi. But he is not tested yet at the biggest stage.

Now consider Etebo (green) vs Ndidi (blue)
Somebody in SE's coaching crew is most likely looking at the stats. On paper, no pairing can get more balanced than this.

Now just for the sake of our AM position, let's throw in Olise and Eze into the mix.
You can't take it away from Rohr and his scouts. They definitely know what Super Eagles NEED. But the missing piece of the puzzle still remains a sound tactician in that coaching crew.

So happy for Awo, I remember he and Osimehn had that break out season in Belgium but Awo's nemesis of injuries caught up with him. Hopefully he ends this season well injury free and break the perennial injury jinx

Aribo scored against Ukraine and Brazil! He is still adapting to the pitch. Aribo, Ndidi, and Nacho supporting Oshimen. Chuz and Iwobi on the wings! This is how we will continue to play as long as Rohr is in charge!

Yes they were good till Osimhen's penalty, Napoli were playing Osimhen and insha allah before that and Osimhen's penalty was even as a result of a long ball
