I need a space quite urgently and besides the ever increasing cost of apartments in Oluyole, the scarcity of sensibly priced apartments is mind numbing. I am not very familiar with most areas as i hardly go out much.
As much as I'm a conservative spender, I increased budget to 500k rent for a 2 or 3 bed flat, but I am still faced with a scarcity of options with nearly all vacant apartments priced higher.
Which other areas can give the serenity and "safer feeling" present in Oluyole( I currently live in a small space here) in this town please?
Of course, I can only pay 500k for the best and easily accessible areas.
I was considering elebu but residents seem to find the roads terrible. Or are there places with fairly okay roads there?
Areas with above average electricity and good internet connectivity are a requirement. Also, it shouldn't be deep inside inside from town. lol.

2 bedrooms seems to be very scarce in Ibadan at the moment. I just got a 3 bedroom at the airport and it's really nice. You can look at Iwo Rd. Old ife Rd.

I really like being close to the the city centre boss.
I hardly go out and being that far away will turn me to eleha with procrastination.

I stay at ashi bodija..it's really a nice place 23hrs power supply...good road network... Gated estates as well. Bodija environment is just as good if not better than oluyole...it's as expensive too
