8 years ago, I admitted my son’s lesson teacher into my BQ as a co-tenant.
As I’ve shared here before, I don’t understand how to drag some issues with people especially landlord/tenant palava, so the chalet was given to him to use for free.

He got married there and gave birth to two lovely kids that I treat as my own.

In the process, my family had to travel and shut down our shopping mart and gave all the furniture to the young man to start a school which is now the biggest private school in my area.

Today, I’m not only proud I’m a landlord who has produced other landlords without collecting rents, utility bills or do the usual traditions.
I’m proud the young man made it. I’m happy my difference makes a difference in the life of a Nigerian.

If the people around you are not getting better then you need to evaluate your purpose in life.

you don't need to pay for the 20 Windows again it has been calculated with the per window all we need to do is to calculate the amount of the 20 windows out and do them but what can cause the extra charges is transportation because I don't known the location of the site

They are busy this period as construction is peaking, so travel out of town will not be so attractive to them.

We awarded ours together with the PoP work, jejely joined a queue while staging the other work .... with over 2k sqm combined to do btw internal & external, not taking chances with anyhow workmen.

I suggest you speak to your PoP guy, they always have those that work closely with them.

I don't like it. It's too straight and neat.

Our designs are flat roof... we do the 0.55 metra always.

Normal corrugation is the defualt and more common and will do the job, especially since its hidden but someone explained something to me about the metra providing more water run-off hence less susceptible to leak. It made sense so I stuck with that since then.

On 0.77, I'm sure you know its an overkill but yeah you can if cost isn't an issue. But do the metra.

0.55mm full guage is good for you, sant or flat, nobody is seeing or knowing what roofing sheets you used in covering the building because it is hidden, so normal corrugation is ok, it will be complete one meter after corrugation, so your calculation can be accurate.

yes i do, full guage, you can use your caliper upon delivery to confirm the accurate guage.

For those who don't know what is a caliper or how it look like, below it's, to determine and confirm the guage your aluminum supplier actually supplying you is accurate.

tmt is produce with iron ore, not the rods produce with the helping of scavenging irons or rusted irons, and they pass SON test (Standard Organization of Nigeria) they are like the imported ukraine iron rod in the standard, just like they windows fabricators we normally says tower Standard for aluminum windows, but in actual sense this tower Standard is not tower aluminum product in Nigeria but the imported aluminum, they have close to or equal to tower aluminum in Nigeria.

The regular local rod like LCI and TOP steel too are like tmt, they pass SON test for BS:4000 they produce with imported iron ore, but majority of locally made rod are products of scavenging irons, damage cars, trucks.

Pickers or scavengers sources their materials for them to produce, at the end, the irons they will produce can't be compare to irons produce directly with iron ore.
