How he spent less to build the ECONOMY OF ANAMBRA STATE.

How he hosted and lodged President Olusegun Obasanjo in government house during Obasanjo visit to Anambra state instead of spending billions on hotel.

That is just the truth. No pass or present governor, president, infact all political office holders and to a very large extent civil servants are free in Nigeria. Nigeria is a tribal society, so there is no chance that Nigeria will overcome tribal politics, instead, we should learn to embrace and respect
our diversity and differences.

Tax evasion is a crime. Income Tax department has a rigorous punishment for tax evaders. If a person wilfully attempts in any manner to evade any tax, penalty or interest chargeable or imposable, or under reports his income, he can be put behind the bars for a period not less than three months up to seven years depending on the amount of tax evaded or under-reported. The tax payer will be charged a fine as well as per the discretion of the authority. Wilful attempt to evade tax is covered under the Income Tax Act.

If President Muhammadu Buhari is serious about fighting corruption in Nigeria.

Then he must start with the likes of Alhaji Bagudu.

Bagudu is covered with immunity because of his status as a governor but when he leaves public office he can be brought to book by the government of the day.

Did you read the report at all? Coz it seems your blind famzing is clouding your sense of judgement else you won't be mixing up tax evasion with avoidance. Obi knows he's guilty hence his failure to so far come out and publicly/strongly refute the accusation. If he were in the U.S, he'd definitely go to jail because the IRS doesn't give a fvck who you are when going after tax evaders. But here in Nigeria, he may end up usibg his political connections to get off the hook. But as it stands, available evidence shows that he's guilty of tax evasion.
