Well, PSG has won seven league titles, six French Cups, six French League Cups and eight French Super Cups..since their Qatari owners took over. Reached the final of a champions league too...not bad for a French club...since they don't do well there...and two semis in the last 2 years.

Man City too have improved since they got bought by their Arab benefactors...before they were a useless club who were completely overshadowed by Untied.
