Go to the best hospital you can afford. Get a Kidney Test, Liver Test and Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test.
You should get a full blood test if you can afford it.
Essentially you are trying to confirm if it's a prostate or kidney problem. Based on your post history of trouble peeing and getting erection I think it might be enlarged prostate.

To help your Doctor diagnose you better, keep a detailed note of your observations and symptoms. The quality of the doctors diagnosis is related to how best you can explain your symptoms.

An enlarged prostate will make him feel pressed with urine but unable to pass the urine.
The question should be asking if he is gaining weight. It's possible the Kidneys are unable to remove excess water from the blood. He should check his blood pressure for if it's high then there is excess salty in his system meaning the kidney isn't doing it job.

Once you are not going through any pains or discomfort and no swelling, it could be that you have been dehydrated and your body have to refuel your water retention

Just drink more water, and keep taking water, let's see your progress report

It's possible you have urinary infection... Like postate , you would need a diagnoses or some herbs

The talk doesn’t make sense. If you feel like you need to wee and nothing comes out, it would have been an issue. You don’t feel like so just relax jare . You will eventually get hydrated

Are you in a hot region like the Northern part of the country? If yes, you don't have to worry. Drink more water for the next couple of days and see what happens. Drink at least 8 to 10 litres of water daily. I

As far as I am concerned, this is a very serious issue, which needs immediate medical attention. Two things readily come to mind. It's either you have contracted a STD or you are having problems with your prostate. You must see a good doctor immediately.

I've once drink lot of water like that but I just felt bloated. Urine didn't come out that much and d color is concentrated

I have read about this before and an Indian Dr advised that the patient should jump up few times and bend forward few times also.
Try this and let's see how it unfolds.

Bro I am sorry to say this but you have symptoms of prostrate cancer. It's not a sickness to be joked with. Please go to a good hospital and run tests just to be sure.

Being unable to pee despite drinking a lot of water is a sign of kidney damage but it's probably still reversible if you visit an hospital as soon as possible. Don't wait till you start seeing symptoms like swollen legs before you make a move.

Op, You need to see a specialist in Nephrology +/- Urology ASAP.
Kidney dysfunction is not what you want to take to a General Hospital to manage or investigate, but depending on the urgency of how your feel your health condition is, you may want to start from there but I will advice you candidly... Avoid any herbal or medications toxic to the kidney for now.
I wish you quickly recovery of kidney functions.

visit a doctor in regardless of where you are...cos that a sign of kidney failure, check if your legs is getting swollen as well.

Even if he goes to the hospital to run test ,there will be no serious issue, if you check the other topics he created, u will he has been reading alot about kidney issue on Internet, that is why his mind is mimicking those systoms.

For kidney disease to get to a stage that someone won't be able to pass urine ,other serious symptoms like high blood pressure, body weakness, swollen body and metalic taste in the mouth must show

First I would advice you visit a urologist.

Am not recommending this. fam is it advicesable for some one like the OP to take Tamsolusine chloride tablet 0.4mm with any prior surgery procedures?

You have retention issues!
Retention is caused by overgrowth of bladder--- making it difficult to pee.

So, Go to hospital to see a doctor or find urologist doctor near you to address this problem. Don't waste your time.

If you sweat alot during work, your urine will be small.
