Is Igbo breed available?where? Does it matter fast like fulani breed or takes ages like african dwarf goat to mature? Can it meet high demand rate? Any loan from ipob to support youths who will go into Igbo breed cattle rearing?
Measures are put in place before ban and not the other way around.
