I have seen several posts of people who are unable to download their PPA letter.

I run a Cyber Cafe and I will do well to apply the solutions that I used in resolving for several Npower beneficiaries.
I will do it free of charge.

Send me an email as I wouldn't expose my private details here while hoping that mods will push it to FP so that the affected people can see.
