How much does it cost to plaster per sqm?
It would cost between N2000 to N2500 per sqm for graffitex application not to talk of stabilising the block first.
I thought plastering has a structural purpose to building.
There is a silicate paint and plaster that is even more cheaper than graffitex and that would work.

The 2000 - 2500, is it for Labour only? Or materials and labour?

New Challenge | A Fence Grill That’s Uniquely You!

The super lady of this project requested for something unique, cool and dramatic - a fence grill minus the pillar traditions that tick all the boxes.

She also wanted an attached pergola (Ilé Ode 2) that can serve as a perfect shaded oasis.

Lastly she wanted it like yesterday. This means I’ll be stepping inside the box create this unique steel structures.
