I think it will improve the power situation. It happened here in Anambra 2 weeks ago or soon and I can confidently tell you that we have almost uninterrupted power supply. Though it took days not ( 8 ) weeks

I think it's reasonable as those affected places do not have factories that runs overnight
So the businesses will get power in the day only the residents will suffer it at nights
But still makes sense

Be sensible. If there is an electrical fault in your house, will the electrician work with the power on or off to correct the fault?

Find out if the upgrade is genuine and worth sacrificing for before talking pessimistically.
