Some pro-buggers will be disappointed.

Exactly what I have noticed after switching to Xiaomi and it is really making me mad. Apart from Nokia, even the so called shitfinix and scrapno doesn't behave like this. I used to leave my infinix ON overnight and by the morning, the battery percentage will still be where I left it.

But this Redmi, if I leave it idle overnight, before daybreak I would have lost about 3%. Xiaomi needs to work on their phone idle power consumption.
Just 3 angry A 3 percent overnight drain is not worth a complaint in my books sha..But then it is your phone and you have a right to complain

It is because you have not used a phone with a very good battery before that is why you feel 3% is insignificant.

That 3% can last for a whole day on an infinix device if you don't touch it. I have left my infinix on 8% from morning till night before without dropping. I have Also used 5% to listen to music for almost 3hrs before it went down to 2%. I was shocked and highly impressed that day. (Hot 5)

But you see this Redmi, even 20% cannot guarantee me a full day even if all I do is to check the time occasionally.

One thing I have Also noticed on this Redmi, is that when it goes OFF due to low battery, it doesn't display any logo. It will just trip off. And sometimes it can trip at 3% or 2%. The first time I experienced it, I thought it was a fault.

All the phones I have used before doesn't behave like this. My former infinix and current Samsung will always get to 1% and stay for a while before displaying the infinix/Samsung logo and then go OFF.

They're not stopping the use of MIUI. What they want to do is bring some unique visual adjustments and features that'll make Redmi products stand out from Xiaomi Mi products. It's still MIUI

Noticed the same on my end. Even the ba3 drain when idle seems to have reduced drastically. Lost only 1% throughout the night.

Man...I admire the energy you put into this your charade, wrong use of energy tho cuz you are clearly obtuse 100% of the time. How is it you spend more time on a product thread you claim to hate? Just become an Infinix marketer at this point, so that you make some money at least so that you are not just ranting and whingeing for nothing.

experienced same with Airtel over the night.

Noticed my network bar disappeared, I switched to MTN to browse and saw the network bar come back, switched to Airtel and the bar disappeared.

Had the switch the data of Airtel from 4g to 3g and saw that the network didn't disappear as before.

It is this morning I switched it back to 4g and everything is normal.

So change your data from 4g to 3g and see if it the network bar is stable

True, I read that since xaomi is her parent company there won't be any need to change the UI but I think redmi developing their own UI Will be cool
