Try as much as possible to relieve yourself when pressed.

It's not good to hold urine for long when pressed ...It can weaken bladder muscle and expose you to urinary tract infections

It's better for you to see a doctor because threads with this kind of heading will only attract funny comments from Nairalanders as expected.
