What kind of Anti Aircraft Gun is in the possession of the Bandits that can threaten GMB aircraft?

I find it so hard to believe this news.

Except they have a SAM, no anti aircraft gun can take down any of the presidential jets cause of how high they do fly.

The plane would need to descend close to the airport...... The presidency have more intelligence report than you know and they might have gotten info about the intending threat to shoot down his plane.

Mumu read and understand, do buhari take jet to his home town? Try to always read the body of a journal not the heading and footing only. Meanwhile buhari travels to daura with helicopter and an AAG can bring it down

A very simple logic to retrieve in this tech world
Simple

1. Mount a tracker on it to stay on radar to fish out the locations it was taken to.

2. Plant an explosive device connect3d to a central data base for instance of losing it , can be easily detonate

Who is with me

None of the planes at the presidential fleet has the capacity to fly higher than a bomber - and you know what? heavy anti aircraft guns up to 120 mm can easily brought them down.

The gun in question is a 128mm AA gun...I don't know the make but I know some 128 mm guns have a range of 50 thousand feet and effective kill range of about 30 thousand feet ...to put that in perspective Buharis Boeing 737 has a service ceiling of 38 thousand feet...yes that gun can't intercept Buharis aircaraft at any point its crew can see it

God Igbos truly acknowledge what you did for them for raising Moses of our time in person of Great Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at this critical time Nigeria is about to sink to protect Igbos. If not that God brought Great Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at this period they want to subject the whole indigenous tribes to Othman Dan Fodio oligarchy and slavery.Yorubas, Housas,Middle Belt,South South that allows Fulanis to keep using divide and rule against them should know that Igbos have moved on and soon Biafra will be actualised and they should get ready to be in the mercy of their Fulani masters.Once again God bless Great Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB/ESN for us Amein Ve Amein

Are you saying that the story is false, or you're just concerned they only report negative news
That's why it's called investigative journalism, na only money naija journalists Sabi collect from evil politicians..

BreakingNews21:
Story reads like fiction. How can foreign WJS journalists have intimate details of such crimes in the bush of the north? Dem would be kidnapped and held for ransom themselves unless they have a close relationship with and get intel from the sponsors. I noticed Bloomberg News also publishes negative and mischievous stories about the administration. Seems like dem hate when certain international financial forces can't easily help in the looting of the Nigeria national treasury which has been the norm for decades.
The full disclosure of the Pandora Papers can't arrive soon enough.

Hahaha. Foreign media are busy doing the jobs of the local media. They've gagged the press so much that they can't report any veritable news in Nigeria again. Channels tv is even trying in spite of series of threats received from Lai Muhamed but there's a limit to what they can do still. I can't trust this government and the security agencies operating under it for a second. When boko haram first shut down the military jet fighter in the north east, they denied it. Had the pilot of the similar jet downed by same boko haram ( nicknamed bandits to deceive many) in the north west died in the process, they'd have also denied it. Thank God our brother survived it in a miraculous way and the same went and reported the case before the fed could say Jack...information had gone farther than they could cover up.

I'm so glad it's not Sahara reporter who reported this...Wall Steeet Journal for that matter....their blind supporters wouldn't have believed this. Boko haram are milking our economy so dry in the north and no thanks to their leaders who are complicit in this act of terror. No meaningful development can happen in Nigeria as long as we're tied together under a deceptive One Nigeria . The earlier we set ourselves free from them, the better. Nigeria isn't progressing in anyway. The country is stagnant to say the least .
Nigerian newspapers are more interested in BBN than stuff like this.
Sitting comfortably on a keg of gunpowder. The same people who tell you the unity of Nigeria is not negotiable.
