Raya care are Xiaomi's service care partners. If you buy from Xiaomi distribution partners and there is a fault they are expected to send it to Raya.

can someone help me with CUSTOM rom for redmi note 9, and how to install it. My MN9 Play store is not working "Problem communicating with google server" Maybe if i install a custom rom or upgrading the version huh

Custom ROM on a MediaTek device you can as well say goodbye to it.
