Yeah that's the best for Airtel or 24gb for 3.5k on mtn (though not every mtn sim has this offer)

None for now.
Something I've noticed is, most services offering unlimited are all fixed, such as the various Fibre offerings.
What I currently use is Spectranet and i use them because they offer 100% data bonus on subscriptions on some days of the month.
