What is adultery ?
Are they both the same?

Cheating is an act of deception, fraud, trickery, imposition or infidelity..

Adultery is sexual intercourse by a married person with someone other than their spouse..

In the case of infidelity, cheating and adultery are the same..

You can cheat without committing adultery but you can't commit adultery without cheating..
