Ensuring that a bright Igbo army general is not retired just for a less qualified junior to become Chief of Army Staff
Giving every tribe access to control their natural resources
Removing nepotism by allowing the brightest candidates Moghalu or Obi unhindered access to presidency instead of the usual corrupt business as usual politicians.

I still doubt that up to 10% of Ndigbo would opt for Nigeria, considering the ever present threat of a Jihad with its terrorism against native tribes. You see, the agitation runs deep in that excising the one tribe bent on eliminating all others may well be the solution. And that, we all know is impossible.
