He developed facial hair at age 16 and started shaving at age 17. Due to the lack of proper shaving technique back then has resulted into hyper pigmentation. Is there any remedy?

That rule one is what I'm doing now. Because of the rains and bad road, it's not usually interesting going outdoors for now.

So I do my flight of stairs 50times 2 times a week coupled with some Yoga and aerobics. Mahn is the result awesome!

I am from Owerri. We call it Ori majorly. Yes, okwuma is another name for it.
