It's not actually if it's true or false ,in a law court.
It's rather if you can prove what ever charges you bring forward against the defendant is backed up with substantial evidence .
Now,the question should be,do the FG have substantial evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt that MNK is guilty of those allegations ?
