So I got the notification for the android 12 update earlier today on my Google pixel 3.... The update is about 1.65gb..and here is my opinion about the android 12 update... wink

The status bar now looks entirely different from what it used to be on the android 11... I think it looks more beautiful if you ask me....

Also the settings page looks somewhat like what was obtainable on the Nokia Lumia series... I stand to be corrected tho...

This is looking sleek! I'm yet to upgrade due to os roll out update in region .. haven't gotten the android 11

1.I don't know what custom modifications other brands will bring when android 12 is available to them.. but overall... The battery performance, camera output with pictures are better overall....

2. The scrollshot feature is now available on Google pixel as "capture more"... When you try to take screenshots... I don't know why Google is just adding this feature to the pixel brand...

3. Some third party apps are yet to be optimized for Android 12.. so I noticed many of my apps stopped working. But I'm sure with time.. they'll be worked upon...

I'm not hyped about this update because all of this "new" things are already on MIUI 12 not to talk about 12.5.

I'm expecting mine by January sha. Redmi Note 9 Pro. That's if I never change phone.

Well you may be right to an extent.. cos I also went from Rn9pro to Google pixel...but u know pixel runs on pure Android...

Also the colour scheme is no longer white as it used to be on stock android tho.... It's now vanilla in colour.... And this is what it looks like when you switch off the dark theme

Also when you press the volume button and tap on the profile icon from the side drop menu... It shows the three ring profile types from which you can easily select the one you want....
