Israelites are not meant to bring the tithes to the temple. Malachi was referring to the levites and priests and not the isrealites.

Isrealites don't pay their tithes every years. They eat it on the first and second year and then give it to levites on the 3rd year. On 3rd year, the levites collect all the tithes and then pay the tenth of it to the temple of God (tithe of tithes). This is what eventually gets to the storehouse of God and not all the tithes every year. They do this every two years twice and then on the 7th year, they rest and not pay any tithe.

Malachi was referring to the levites who were remitting the tithe of tithes and not all Israelites.

These things are in your Bible but you don't read it, you allow pastors tell you what they like.

God's kingdom is about righteousness, peace and joy not Money. Jesus said one cannot serve God and Money. And not many great Great Pastors are Following Jesus, let alone small ones.
