Does Haarland look like Onauchu to you?

No.. But Onuachu is certainly a player that can guarantee you goals... He even outscored Osimhen goals in the Belgian league by far...

The argument you are trying to establish so far is that The primary purpose of a striker is to score goals. So I'm asking you, will you prefer Onuachu?

Let me make it a bit fairer and put Simmy... He outscored Osimhen by double figure last season in the SerieA... As a coach, if you were offered both of them, would you pick Simmy..

PS: don't use Simmy age as an excuse...

I don't blame this players there was a program on brila FM where a former coaching Crew of a Nigeria club side said'' a sitting governor had to come beg the team to loss their match so as to not qualify for the continent because of lack of funds to prosecute away fixtures on the continent''

Haarland has the highest speed in the Bundesliga last season, he is a brilliant header of the ball, he has amazing physique and body control and on top of that he has a devastating shot what made you think you can compare him to Onuachu to make a ridiculous point?

So why are you so hell bent on your stance that the primary function of a striker is to score goals? grin

Like Ejuke, Dennis strengths are speed and dribbling, you can't just confine him in a tight space and give him the responsibility to be the team's chief creator, No be every body wey can dribble can play the no 10, sometimes the no 10 doesn't need dribbling
I don’t know why Nigerian football fans are so obsessed with the number 10 role

A role that is gradually dying off. Once we see a player that can take on two or more players he is been tipped for the role in the super eagles

Being a good number goes beyond drinking skills ooooo

It is very clear that Chidera Ejuke and Samuel Chukwueze are a class above Victor Moses when concerns are fixated on wing forward play.
There are obvious reasons enough for this conclusion. However Victor Moses is a maestro in wingback play.

For most of the coaches i have studied, Victor Moses will never displace these aforementioned players in their natural positions, that is, if these coaches will consider employing his services.

In Super Eagles, Victor Moses enjoyed the quality of John Obi Mikel and Ogenyi Onazi in addition to better tactics and approach.
Now that Salisu Yusuf is back, let's patiently observe the unfolding of events.

Oga! We were almost crashing out of AFCON despite Mikel in the team but from the time Vicmo was brought in, he singlehandedly won games for us.

Besides, Vicmo was brought to limelight as a winger during his days at Wigan.

Honestly, with the amount of quality strikers and wingers at our disposal, I will just invite nwakali and give him a try in that center mid. We need someone to dictate a game and not unnecessary dribble

Try to understand things very well before you quote
Try to understand that a player that has played almost all his games as a Wing forward/CF should be played as AM because he gave assist.

Say I not well that you're the one who needs understanding?

Y'all armchair nairaland pundits can drag yourselves here as much as you want, doesn't matter, because according to majority Italian pundits, osimhen is already up there with the likes of haaland and mbappe. Though there's still room for further improvement, they've seen enough to rate him that high... grin grin

For me, Osimhen will be perfect for Bayern Munich! When lewandoski leaves...

But until then, i think he should continue his growth and improvement at Napoli

The shorthumble one says hi! grin

Are you sure mourinho said such ?

Yes he did!

"" For Mourinho that was a full-blown lack of ambition, even going so far as to affirm that Osimhen could not have been part of the London squad:

“I don't have to be the one to convince a player, it's he who has to convince me. If one is afraid of coming to Tottenham because of too much competition, then he cannot play with us . If one doesn't want to team up with Kane, Son, Lamela and Lucas, then goodbye. We have the best striker in England, but if another player prefers to avoid the competition then he is not right for us...

Fast foward, few months later, Osimhen is thriving and bombing it at Napoli, while Jose was kicked out of Tottenham... grin now guess who made the right choice?

Lest I forget, in the summer, mourinho was also keen on Zambo Anguissa to reinforce the midfield, only to see him slip out from under his nose.. grin grin grin ...The ex Fulham midfielder is currently bossing it @napales
