I would have advice you look for a shop in a crowded area probably market side/road. That the rent alone will take all that money. Put a barbing shop and look for a young guy to manege it for you. Then you can look for other business you can add to that shop later on.

You will need to work hard at the initial time for you to become successful.. when I first started I took me alot of time before I became successful.. during the first 6 months am expecting the trainee to make some mistake and also understand the in and out of the business
