Babagana Monguno was the Commander of Brigade of Guards between 2007 and 2009, under late President Umar Yar'dua.

He later became Chief of Defence Intelligence for the next two years. He was once considered for the position of Chief of Army Staff, which is the topmost in the Nigerian Army.

This is just ur opinion. I was humiliated by Nigeria army on several occasions because I asked that Nigeria government grant us our only wish and that is referendum. The only language they understand is violence and we too have fingers for that trigger. Anyone in the south east that disobeys Ipob will have his or herself to blame. First we have to cleanse our house before we can be truly united against the enemy. I assure you that BIAFRA will come

Do you know that many Igbos and non Igbos residing in the SE are not in support of IPOB and Biafra? And they have constitutionally enshrined right to move, vote (and be voted for), associate (and not to associate)? And you can't "force" anyone to sit-at-home. And finally, do you know that basic responsibility of any govt is to protect lives and properties of her citizens?

The only reason I read this, is because I don’t know who made this statement, so immediately I opened it and come to know the position he has in the Nigeria govt, I just laughed!!
