Poor analysis. Be holistic about it don't single out players. In the history of football experienced teams do better than inexperienced teams. Football is for men not boys. It took the likes of Messi, Ronaldo,Yaya you're, Mikel and others years before they could win international trophies
Meliforme:

Mr zuchyblink,

What did the experienced Ahmed Musa and Moses Simon do against C.A.R?

Ighalo is in the twilight of his career.. and with a billion years worth of experience under his belt, Chinese FA cup is the only trophy he has to show for it... So how can he possibly help us win the AFCON? Winning trophies is clearly not in his DNA, so what the hell are you talking about?

We have players in this current team who have won more trophies.. Iheanacho is a league cup,FA cup and community shield winner..Onuachu has won trophies in Denmark and Belgium.. Iwobi has an FA cup with arsenal..Ndidi has an FA cup and community shield... Simon won the Belgian league with Genk... Balogun and Aribo are Scottish league champions.. Chukwueze is an Europa league champion..

All the aforementioned players have enough caps for club and country throughout their career to be counted enough as experienced.. And unlike Ighalo, they clearly know how to win trophies..
Your argument makes no sense at all..
It look more like a charade you organised to make excuse for Rohr... If this was a year or two ago, it could have gotten people support.. but now, many people are awoke to the reality of the situation...

I suggest you visit Brila FM Facebook page and read the comments from Nigerians regarding the news of Pinnick talking to Ighalo to come back .

Before 2019 AFCON I told forumites about a certain Baghdad Bounedjah who plies his trade in Qatar, they bounced on me and told that he is not good, that if he is good he will not be playing in Qatar. The player is a goal in Qatar and has more international goals than our active strikers. Let's stop to rate players according to the leagues they play but what they are doing in the leagues and how MATURED they are, especially experienced players

another player I had so much faith in but injuries and fitness issues slowed his progression. Also he seem not be professional enough, I mean being serious and dedicated to his job

He still have much time to bounce back to reckoning and udinese is perfect for him to see more playing time in order to get back to his best

Mr zuchyblink,

There are some things i would like you to know about experiences.

Some can go through many experiences learning nothing, either because they, do not understand what's going on, or are simply hardheaded.

Some experiences can be very negative and might come back to haunt.
You remember Kenneth Omeruo and that South African player, (what's that his name?)

Some old experiences can make learning or adjusting to new ways of doing things very difficult.
It is called retroactive inhibition in psychology.

Mr zuchyblink bearing on the things i have just said, you will have to jettison your experience talk and give focus to the best quality available.
If in all your experiences you are not the best in the role you play, of what use is the experience, Mr zuchyblink?

Messi and Mikel won trophies for their respective countries because they were the best available.

The Nigerian team that defeated Ivory coast led by Drogba in 2013 had only three experienced players. Football is not played by names. We have quality players who can play any African team ,unfortunately our coach is defensive minded and tactical poor
