You are still on Nairaland defending Nigeria because petrodollars are still coming. The day the money from crude oil stops coming to Nairaland, you will realize how useless this country is.

To give you an idea, since Nigeria started earning from crude oil, no leader is interested in developing other sectors. Rich countries like with huge population like the US and China have multiple streams of income.

However, Nigeria, as big as her population is, depends on only crude oil. Crude oil is just covering our shame and keeping the country now. Wait until its money stops coming as many countries are developing cleaner energy sources and signing climate change treaties. Then, you may just realize that Zimbabwe is by far better than Nigeria.

I have always dreamt of this ..why don’t we annex the failed states of chad and niger .. Nigeria can only be a super power if we have a much bigger landmass .. like 3.400.000 million sqm ..

That's 41.7 times bigger that Israel while Israel is 4x more powerful.
