@justwise please how long does a correction on a vignette which was sent back to VAC take , sent my husband's own back since the 15 th of October but it's still not out.

1. I plan to apply for study visa for sept intake with my daughter only

2. My husband has been in the uk for 3 years (illegal immigrate) infact moved to Ireland presently

3. When my husband applied for he’s visa then, he stated my name & child’s name on he’s application

Please will this affect my application? If yes … please what’s the best solution

It’s best you liaise with your account officer and visit the bank to provide proper explanation on how you got the huge lodgment in your account. The banks flag these things especially when it’s a savings account and you don’t do such volumes. Once you provide a proper explanation the restriction would be lifter

Go to your bank with your ID card and most likely Nepa bill and tell them to upgrade the account.

Please my IOM appointment has been fixed for 10pm on Friday. Can I go earlier or just few hours before 10pm. Also what do I need to take along and can I make a transfer for the payment or a deposit is required?

As long as you have an appointment, just go like an hour before your appointment with your passport, copy of your appointment letter and evidence of payment.

Just write that you need their assistance in booking a date for medical test urgently. Attach a copy of the data page of your passport. And add that their assistance in getting a date for UKTB test will be appreciated.

Go and upgrade your bank account at the nearest branch with NEPA bill and ID card.. ur acct will be unblocked

It happened to me also. Just go to your bank with a valid I.D. preferably your international pastport (it makes it faster and easier). I didn't have to tender a nepa bill. It was sorted that same day.
PS: insist they sort it out before you leave, else you are in for a long thing. Though you might have to spend hours in bank.

Either your account or Parents account.

The amount depends on the living expenses of the location, tuition fee and how much you are paying as Deposit

You can't use your uncle's account, it has to be yours or mom's (with proof of your relationship with her-birth certificate). How much, is dependent on the school you are aiming at.

This happens mostly to bank accounts opened as a student with school ID cards. Go to your bank with means of identification and your account will be upgraded.
NOTE that you will have to explain the source and maybe purpose of the fund.
