I don't trust news coming from our anticorruption agencies. They like sensationalisation too much without any investigation. They know that Nigerians are so gullible with fake news. All these news would put them in a good light as if they are working.
See how EFCC is embarrassing themselves with Diezanni gold bra and millions of loots claimed to have recovered,yet they still couldn't convict her.

I don't take their news serious. They should do proper investigation like FBI and piece their findings together into a proper documents that could nail the culprits instead of all these media headlines.

This is not new, anybody that is conversant with Abuja and all this government agencies knows this.

NCC, National Export promotion Council, Nexim Bank, FIRS, Custom, CBN, FMBN, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of works and Housing, Accountant General, NNPC, Bank of Industry, NSITF, PENCOM/PENSIONS BOARD, AMCON, Nuria of public procurement NEMA, PETF, PTDG, Nigerians delta Ministry etc if u are a minister, MD, perm sec, Director etc in all this organization, u are sitting on more money than many state governors, infact only few state governors can compete with CBN governor, NNPC GMD, minister or Defence, custom controller General and FIRs.

I know a director of a refinery in Nigeria that have more than 20 houses, civil service is to corrupt In Nigeria

I think they need to reintroduce the firing squad (public execution) back in Nigeria, I mean the military used it to put a lot of miscreants in check. Nigerian's problem is complex, and would really require a complex form of approach for its solutions. Public execution for corruption will go a long way at dissuading many from taking such path. 301 houses from 2 civil servants, that's crazy.

Some are blaming civil servants. I blame the government for not building strong and transparent institutions. Note that civil servants are working for public servants and politicians in general. All of them are thieves.

Nigeria is in trouble. Civil servants (so called but far from civil and serving) are the real problem plaguing this nation but every one is busy focusing on politicians. The real cancer are these people. They permanently sit on those positions and commit atrocities and turn around to blame politicians because of course everybody else is blaming the politicians.

I don't think so if you are in Abuja you will understand better about 45% of houses in Abuja are not in use why because is ill-gotten wealth.
