Are you an illiterate? Army's jurisdiction isn't against her citizens, but external aggression. Police is saddled with the responsibility of arresting and arraigning defaulters.

The reasons you outlined is rubbish as well. The university does have arms (groups) to cater and resolve these issues within its confines.

The army does not have any thing to do in the university premises. Unless you never attended any university, you’d never know these things. It is better to keep shut than to roofer solutions to problems you have no idea about.

See where cowardice has led us. When all you need is block one lane and in 5 minutes their Oga on top go call them to order.

Is not proper for Army and Police stopped student. And searching their phones. during own session in the school and have not ever seen this issue before.. Because I left TASUED in year 2010...
