It's no coincidence that the Chruch abandons teachings from the Bible right around the time that society says that those teachings are immoral or unreasonable. They've been forced to pare down their beliefs for years. It's why they have a victim complex.

The Church occupies much of The New Testament with love as its guilding principle. The Church follows Jesus Christ.

�Yes, Christians don't follow all Bible instructions because of the times, reasons, scope and spirit of the instructions.
