With due respect, this is an absurd question if you expect sanwo olu to answer that. Why are you not asking Buhari? Why Sanwo Olu? Does he have control over the army? Can he direct an inquiry over a body he has no control over?

The man has agreed on CNN that there was a shooting at the toll gate and the army was there. If you want to know who ordered the shooting, it is to ask the army authorities NOT sanwo olu!
